Ron Vanderstar (Treasurer)

Board member Ron Vanderstar came to the Bulkley Valley in 1994, via Longlac, Manitouwedge, and Thunder Bay, Ontario. Ron is a forest technician who attended Lakehead University in Thunder Bay. Ron keeps active with hiking, paddling, hunting, fishing, skiing and curling. His hobbies include gardening and woodworking. Ron is a member of the Smithers Curling Club and the BV Bowmen. He values the outdoor recreation and wildlife viewing opportunities, and the forest resources of the Bulkley Valley. Ron appreciates being a BVCRB member for the ability to provide input to local resource planning and management issues.
