Petra McDougall
Petra McDougall is a wildlife biologist and avid outdoor enthusiast. She holds a PhD in behavioural ecology from the University of Calgary and has worked with a variety of species from large mammals to songbirds and amphibians. She greatly values outdoor recreation, including backcountry camping, paddling, horseback riding, dog sledding/skijoring, Nordic skiing, skating, and snowboarding. Petra is interested in finding ways to manage our land to allow for human recreation, industrial practices, and healthy ecosystems to co-exist.
